When I become your lawyer

Reading this site, calling, or sending a message through the form doesn't make me your lawyer. An attorney-client relationship begins only when we've both signed an engagement letter that says what I'll do and what it costs.

The client notes and examples here describe sample matters. Every house, contract and title is different, and the result in one matter doesn't predict the result in another.
