This page explains what this site collects and what I do with it.

What you send

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email, and anything else you choose to enter. I use it to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest. I don't sell it or share it for marketing.

What the site records

Like most sites, this one keeps basic logs, such as the pages visited and the type of browser, to keep it running and secure. They aren't used to identify you.

Keeping and deleting

Messages that don't become a client file are deleted when they're no longer needed. To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to maren@tollesonlaw.com.
